Delete your ClueGo account

You can delete your ClueGo account and its data at any time.
Delete from the app (fastest)
Open ClueGo, go to Profile, tap Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Delete by email
Write to [EMAIL] from the email you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We do it within 7 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
Your profile (name, avatar), sign-in, team memberships, device tokens and, for organizers, identity check photos and details.
What we keep
Payment records that the law asks us to keep (order id, amount, date) for up to 8 years, without your name. Hunt results stay with the hunt but are no longer linked to you. Organizers must delete or hand over their hunts before deleting their account.
