Terms of use

Last updated 20 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the ClueGo app or website. By playing or organizing a hunt you agree to them.

Play safely

Hunts happen in real places. Watch where you walk, follow traffic rules and local laws, respect private property, and never enter unsafe areas to reach a checkpoint. You take part at your own risk. In an emergency, call 112.

Fair play

Do not use fake GPS apps, share answers between teams, or use vehicles where the organizer does not allow them. Our server checks every check-in. Organizers may remove points or disqualify teams that break the rules.

Organizers

Organizers are responsible for their hunts: the places they choose, clues, permissions from venues, the safety of their event, prizes, and refunds of their tickets. ClueGo provides the platform and is not the organizer of third-party events.

Plans and payments

The Pro plan is a one-time payment for 30 days and does not renew on its own. When a hunt sells tickets, ClueGo keeps 10% of each ticket; payment gateway charges are separate. See the refund policy for refunds.

Your content

You keep the rights to photos and text you submit. You allow the hunt organizer and your team to view them for the hunt. Do not upload anything illegal, hateful, or that shows people who did not agree to be photographed.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in email secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

Liability

ClueGo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injuries, losses or damages that happen while taking part in a hunt, or for events run by organizers.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are important we will tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
